“This edition is set out as a double lined flute part with the original version as the bottom line and an alternative version, with suggested ornaments, as the top line. Whilst the alternative version is useful, this layout means that you have to read the right line for the version you want to play. Personally, I would have preferred single line original music with ornaments in brackets above.”
