“The locking mechanism on my door had broken thus impossible to open, that was solved in minutes but the old locking mechanism was not a common size and therefore he did not have one on his van but he made sure the door was secured and returned the next day with the correct replacement. On fitting it he spotted that the locks were not fully engageing and spent time padding out the new lock so that it was operating correctly. Great service and staff who seemed determined that the replacement was working perfectly before leaving.”
