“Friendly locksmith. I already had an idea that the issue was that the door had become slightly misaligned, which was confirmed to be the case. Situation addressed, allowing the door to return to locking easily. However, I would comment that I feel that being charged just over £100 for less than 15mins work, wasn't good value for money.”
