“it’s a nice personal touch if done correctly, however, it was not and looked cheap. The letters are put on with stickers and my entire personalization was not straight in addition to some of the letters being crooked themselves. I was embarrassed giving it as a gift.”

“The gift box was beautiful but unfortunately they had printed the personalised name wrong, it was to say Mummy as it was to be given as a gift from a child to parent but it had the Christian name on instead that was on the box from another gift I had ordered. Unfortunate because otherwise all the other parts of the order were fantastic”

“The box was a nice touch but honestly the whole shopping experience has been horrible. My order came incomplete and I’m still trying to have it rectified after almost 4 weeks of back and forth correspondence. Anyway, the box was kind of useless”
