“Had to ask for a second box as the first one had dirty marks on it and the ribbon was in the bag but the new packaging arrived just in time and looked lovely with the gift bag”

“Be aware you are not buying a personalised gift box! This is a box with the company name printed on it. The personalisation is your name choice that is printed on a cheap cardboard sleeve. This is a total rip off and definitely not value for money. I am still waiting for refunds from this company they are very slow to attend to complaints.”
