“The initial and birthstone necklace - plus the packaging were just beautiful! Quality pieces and very well presented. I was so impressed. However I realized that I ordered the wrong size (mini instead of regular). I reached out to customer service to ask if I could replace the necklace with what I should have ordered. The immediate response was "of course - but don't send the other necklace back, please keep it with our pleasure and we've sent you out your new requested order"! Who does that??!! Unheard of right?!
