“The necklace I bought is very nice, however, because the initial heart goes on a long paperclip link, it moves back and forth and doesn’t stay centered. I’m thinking I will have to take it to a jeweler to get some kind of stopper bead on either side to keep it in place.”

It’s the most cutest necklace, a bit chunky looking which is what I love without the weight, it’s light and looks amazing on, I have had many compliments since wearing this necklace. Love everything about it and delivery was very quick as well which is always a bonus. The packaging was also very good, perfect for gifting to others”

“The necklace itself is fantastic as was the speediness of the response from the customer service team when I inadvertently ordered two of the same necklace when the internet connection dropped out. However, the inability to cancel the order within 20 minutes of ordering was frustrating and meant I needed to return an item that arrived over a week later.”
