“I ordered the figaro chain bracelet in silver and rose gold, both lovely, a little small, so I contacted customer services who where very good and supplied me with extra links and a video of how to fit them very quickly. The gift bag I ordered was also not in with my delivery but this was sorted out very quickly too. I have not been able to attach the extra links yet so can't review how these work, but overall the service was really quick, customer service great, and lovely packaging, would order from AL again”

“Very nice bracelet would have gave 5 stars but only for the fact that I would have liked it a little bit looser on the wrist. Ian quite petite so I don’t think this would fit someone who wasn’t But great bracelet and very happy with the quality and design would certainly buy from the site again”
