“Bracelet is beautiful, but sizing is wrong. I ordered S/M (which is reccomended/most popular) and states the size is 7.5 inches. It barely measured 7 inches. It was tiny! Customer services were fantastic and sent a replacement. Again this was the same size and barely measured 7 inches too! Recipient absolutely loved the Bracelet, but it was tiny and wouldn't even meet together...she is a slim person too. With the replacement bracelet she's fastened both bracelets together which means it's really big, but has solved this by fastening it tighter and having the excess dangle. Although this is a really beautiful Bracelet and Customer services were amazing at sending a replacement, I do feel they need to look at their sizing and make it more realistic. If ordering I think the size M/L would be the better option and if you aren't petite you may still struggle with this size fitting too.”
