“I love the Figaro chain necklace, but I am disappointed not to have yet received the initial letter A which I reported missing from my initial order ,as it is needed to complete a gift for Christmas. Please send as soon as possible”

“Superb service from Abbott Lyon - fast (and it's close to Christmas), then I had a question about how to open the necklace, again, friendly and superfast customer service (hint, try ALL the links if anyone else is looking for the opening :)) And as for the necklace, really beautiful. I've bought an initial letter with it, they look fabulous together. Very happy with the purchase Abbott Lyon, I think you got yourself a new happy customer, Merry Christmas to you all!”

“Unfortunately customs charges were totally unexpected and makes the jewellery very expensive. Prices given in Euros !! Although items purchased were fab quality and I love them but will not purchase from here again as it’s too expensive and very misleading from abbot Lyon !!”
