“I initially bought the Figaro hammered necklace and absolutely love it. I haven't taken it off since it arrived. I have already had compliments on it and been asked where I got it from, as it stands out from the everyday. The hammered finish is unusual meaning it glints in the light without the need for added embellishments. It's slightly more understated making it appear more expensive than it is. I've now added one of the engraved pendants as well and an extender to give it a little more length, but can wear it either way. The pendant is a more delicate way to wear an initial and not so obvious. It's a lovely juxtaposition to the hammered figure, and they compliment each other well. The quality of the necklace is really good and it's heavy and solid. I love the opening/closing mechanism which can't be seen as it's a flush finish. Every part is so well made and feels like good quality. I also bought a fine chain bracelet with a heart, which is just lovely. It's delicate and elegant but still robust. It has an extender chain too, so suits almost all wrists. It again feels much more expensive than it is. Everything arrives beautifully packaged in pale pink and white, with no plastic, so it's all recyclable. On top of their fabulous quality jewellery, Abbott Lyons customer service is absolutely outstanding and in answering an enquiry, they went way over and above. They really are first class in every way. It really unusual to find a company with so many positive reviews, but it's for good reason and that is all round excellent service. I really can't recommend them highly enough and if you're looking for jewellery you can't do any better than Abbott Lyon in my opinion.”
