“Got this chain for my daughter for christmas, unfortunately, it didn't arrive for Christmas because of the postage, Katie in customer care did her utmost best to get it to us on time, it didn't matter, when the chain arrived my daughter was absolutely over the moon with the chain, it was soooo nice.
