“The clasp on my sphere chain nexklace broke after 6 months of wearing it. I love that necklace so I was bummed. I wrote an email to Abbott Lyon to ask if there was a replacement clasp I could purchase. They responded quickly, asked me to send a picture of my broken clasp. I did send it along with a copy of my invoice from the purchase. They apologized and let me know they were sending a replacement necklace immediately! I received the necklace within a week. Excellent customer service and I love everything I purchased from this company. Forever a customer- Monika P”
