“I’ve been carefully looking for a tiered necklace set for a while and after months of returning to this product I finally purchased it for myself in the sale as a Christmas present. (I don’t get many gifts these days so thought I’d treat myself). I’m so disappointed as the chain lengths mean the chains are overlapping and don’t sit in a tiered manner as the picture used to advertise. The finer chain unfortunately snapped whilst I fiddled around to get everything to sit properly so I’ve not been able to enjoy or use this product. I recall seeing good feedback about this companies customer service so I’m really hope something can be rectified. Chains are nice quality and can be worn separately but that wasn’t what I wanted and keen to wear chains as per advert.”
