“Ordered a necklace with the letter L on for Xmas and after 1 wear noticed the L was faulty. I got intouch with Abbot Lyon who was ever so helpful, all they wanted was a photo of the L and immediately posted me another one out. 1st class service and I will definitely be purchasing from them again.
