“I initially ordered the smaller individual initials M & J(Staceys's Stories Initial Charms) but the J kept getting tangled in the other charms so when I contacted Abbott Lyon, they had no issue with sending out a replacement J to see if the first one was a manufacturing issue but as soon as I reported the same issue it was agreed that I could return the 2 initial charms and order an alternative design(also emailed me a return paid label). Very impressed with the customer service they provided and the replacement charms”
