“The first one broke at the clasp, let the company know and showed them the images, replaced instantly without hesitation! The best customer service you can get and the product is absolutely spot on (it was the clasp that was the issue, which looks like they've changed) will keep. Shopping here my wife loves the stuff.. “It is how I imagined it. A substantial chain with a delicate engraved heart charm. Very trendy. I think I should have chosen a 16”length chain though as it doesn’t really sit right around my neck.”
