“This is not my first order from Abbott Lyon. I have ordered from them previously and I am always happy. I have originally ordered an anklet but it’s too big for my daughter and me. I have contacted the customer service to ask if they can shorten it for me and they asked for my daughters ankle size and I was told that they will send me a bracelet as a replacement because it will fit my daughter’s tiny ankle. Sorry I forgot her name ( abbott lyon staff) to thank her personally. The bracelet is perfect as an anklet and my daughter loves it. Abbott Lyon products are all good quality and the team is very helpful and friendly.”
