“I ordered the M/L. Had to return it for the smaller size. No issues at all regarding the return. Extremely easy. I think it’s adjustable. I tried, it’s still falling off my wrist. I’ll contact the company soon. . Service again was amazing. The only downside, I would like to have spoken with an actual person.”

“I returned the order as instructed by yourself using the post office home pickup. It was uplifted from my home on the 2 march. I requested an exchange for a smaller size. Unfortunately it has went missing and as I no longer have the tracking number apparently there is nothing I can. I am now left with no bracelet that I had purchased for an 80th birthday present.”

“I love this little tennis bracelet. Unfortunately the size which is apparently most popular I thought would be the right one for me but when it arrived it was huge and fell off my wrist. The replacement came and customer service was good but the small medium size is too small! I am so disappointed as the bracelet is lovely but I’m now having to arrange to send this back. How is it that it comes in 2 sizes, one very small and the other very large?”
