I have purchased items off you before and been quite happy with them, however the last two bracelets have lost their colour after two days, you replaced the first one I emailed on 23/3/24 asking for a refund. I can if you wish return the bracelets for your inspection

Loved the bracelet initially, but massively overpriced as it's discoloured in such a short space of time. It's almost like it's 2 toned gold and silver.

The difference in sizing is very drastic! I initially ordered a S/M because that’s my usual size in bracelets and I had to return because it was tiny! I’m not joking when I say this fit my little niece and she’s 4 years old! So I then exchanged it for a size M/L, and when it arrived it was HUGE. I honestly just gave up and gifted it to someone else, it’s a shame because it’s such a nice bracelet but the sizing is just awful.

Clasp broke after 5 weeks wear, replacement sent and the gold colour had rubbed off practically the whole bracelet within 2 weeks! Absolutely waste of money!
