“This chain bracelet is a beautiful piece. Customer service is great! It arrived way too small for me. I just emailed and they gave me several options to fix the problem. Picked my choice then went from there. Problem fixed in less than a week. I can tell customer satisfaction is their priority.”

“The figaro chain bracelet is a lovely product. The colour of the metal is quite an orangey yellow. There are 2 sizes of this bracelet, however if you buy this bracelet as part of a set you will automatically be sent the small size, not be offered both sizes to choose from.”

“When I opened the presentation box, I was so impressed with the design and quality. It really does look like a very expensive gold figaro bracelet. I have already got a lot of pleasure from wearing it, and will do so for many more years. I also purchased the hammered initial which I sometimes attach to the bracelet, and on some occasions I put it on a chain. Both items are of a very good quality.”
