I found the chain to be a little short and so contacted Customer device via WhatsApp. They were back to me within minutes and swiftly sent on the extender links. My chain now sits beautifully on my neck. I would advise anyone looking for the perfect gift to shop here!”

“I ordered a figaro bracelet for my daughter in law’s 40th birthday as I love the jewellery from here ,unfortunately when it arrived it was very small round the wrist,I contacted abbot n Lyon to see if I could buy an extension,they replied very quickly and even sent me 2 extensions free of charge which I wasn’t expecting.their after service is amazing,very wot reply and very very helpful to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase,I would have no hesitation in buying from them again ,,,,ps ,my daughter in law has opened her present and absolutely loves it ,big thank you to all at Abbot and Lyon”
