“Customer service is by far the best I’ve ever come across and I do ALOT of online shopping!! I ordered a bracelet from Abbot Lyon a few weeks ago which I loved but it was too small for me. I left a review saying it was very small fitting. A couple of days later I received an e-mail saying an extra link for the bracelet has been dispatched! Without me even ordering it! I received the extra link for my bracelet free of charge also so now it fits perfectly and I love it. 10/10 for customer service and I’ll definitely be purchasing from Abbot Lyon again!”
