“Ordered 2 pairs of these earrings one pair as a birthday gift and when they arrived the back of the earrings are tarnished and have black discolouration. I contacted customer services and after a really long wait was finally sent a replacement product, however when these replacement earrings arrived, they are also tarnished with black marks on the gold parts of the earrings on the front and back. This is very disappointing as I love my other abbott lyon jewellery but these items are not up to their usual quality.”

“Beautifully earrings - but the first pair I received were faulty, which I contacted Abbott Lyon on day 1 about. Due to shocking customer service it took over 2 weeks to receive the replacement pair!!! This is not acceptable! 5 days reply to an email about a sub standard product when your live chat never works is not the way to give your customers what they deserve!!”

“They arrived and one earring doesn’t clip shut … customer services are taking an age to sort out. Have asked for a video and images !? I am trying to send them back, they can then be inspected what use is a video!? I feel it’s a way to stall organising a refund / exchange not impressed with customer services.”
