“Love this pebble heart. Really good quality. I unfortunately lost my original heart pendant, so ordered another to be engraved. Unfortunately it took 3 attempts to get it right. I shall put the errors down to the Christmas order rush. However, the first time I received profuse apologies, the second time, no comment at all, just an order confirmation and despatch note. Anyway pleased to say, third time lucky as it's now perfect. I should also say I find abbot Lyon extremely easy to deal with, good products and if there's a sale, great value. I have many pieces to testify to that.”

“I ordered this item to be engraved with M&A. When it arrived it had been incorrectly engraved with m&a which is grammatically incorrect and not what I asked for. Customer services assured me another pendant would be sent with the corrected engraving. It was sent incorrect again! I have now been sent another 2 incorrectly engraved pendants and have given in and requested a refund. To me, these initials are a very simple request that AL couldn’t get right. I wouldn’t recommend!”
