“I previously lost my bangle due to a faulty clasp and AL very kindly (and by complete surprise!) issued a refund to purchase a new one. I absolutely love the bangle, the crystals sit neatly inside each heart, which looks beautiful when the light hits it. The clasp is sturdy and stays firmly closed. I plan to buy another one to wear stacked together. It looks beautiful next to my mini gold Belgravia watch too!”
