“Hi I cannot write anything at the moment as i still have not received this. I have recieved the necklace that i order a couple of days after this but not the bracelet. I really do need this bracelet asap as its a present for a dear friend of mine. My necklace is fabulous i love it but not received the bracelet. Please get back to me asap many thanks so the star rating is for my necklace thank you”

Due to the Royal Mail strikes which have taken place on various occasions over the last 2 weeks, we are experiencing a delay in the delivery of our orders - this is also affecting the updating of tracking.
