“I originally purchased the Mini letter bundle (L) on a gold coloured chain with little spheres, along with birthstone droplets and other bracelets a personalised gift box, stamps and gift bag. When the order arrived only the necklace was there in the bundle, so after much to-ing and fro-ing, a replacement bracelet was dispatched to us. The bracelets (we'd ordered a few different ones) were ordered in the smallest size small/medium. The missing bracelet arrived s/m with initial "L", it doesn't have any spheres on the chain, so is plain. Everything was purchased as gifts for our daughter's 30th birthday, she is petite and has a 6" wrist. On the smallest hole the bracelets slide over her hand, rendering them unwearable. Her birthday was December 9th, she has worn the necklace from the bundle, but hundreds of pounds in unwearable jewellery is just languishing in the gift box”
