“I bought the sept heart and inital for my daughters birthday a year sept. Really lovely set well worth it. Only recently my daughter made a comment about buying another necklace as the heart had faded to near white from dark blue. I didnt contact aL as i thought it was too late, someone made a comment on a post about the jewelry and i just said about the fading heart AL contacted ME, asking gor more details, i sent a photo.they then by surprisesent a new heart, i am over the moon with the customer service they are so genuine and kind to do this.. i am goingvto treat myself to a necklace for my birthday now this month.. 100%”
