“When I received my 1st order I loved it but the watch strap was too short. Thanks to the lovely Issy I was offered a replacement watch and longer strap at no extra cost. I’m actually so impressed with the customer service from Abbot Lyon and of course my watch is absolutely beautiful. Thank you”
