“Hi I bought the signature name necklace for my daughter Hayley, she really loves it the only issue we have with it is that the chain can’t be made shorter so that she could have the option to have it a bit shorter than it is. Therefore is there a possibility that the chain would have an extra loop to shorten it. Many thanks and regards, Farima Smith”
