“Wasn’t the design I originally requested. The first arrived completely different type. Was told wasn’t getting a refund but to pick another style of writing. It’s better than the first one I received but not impressed with this as wasn’t what I originally wanted and would have preferred a full refund which I’m completely entitled too and having the audacity to make me waste me time and petrol driving the original to a post office to send it back rather than put it in the bin or I wouldn’t be given a replacement is an absolute disgrace .”
