“Terrible customer service, I understand personalised products are different in relation to a normal return but my necklace was not fit for purpose and I have still not been able to wear it since. So disappointing to spend €100 on something and not be able to wear it even once, the necklace itself is lovely. I wasn’t listened to or heard at all I was offered a 10% refund - I would gladly just return the necklace instead as I still have it never worn”

“Because of the style of the chain (I'm guessing) the name charms do not lie flat. So as my wife wears the necklace, you can barely see her name as the letters are constantly flipping upside down in random ways.”

“Lovely, beautifully made necklace. Bought for my daughter who loves it very much. We also added the pink heart charm to the necklace which was a lovely extra. Communication from Abbott Lyon was very good. Regular updates on the item's progress were appreciated. There is so much to choose from and the fact that the jewellery is water-resistant is a massive plus. Would buy again from Abbott Lyon.”
