“I ordered this for my adult daughter’s birthday. She is absolutely delighted! It’s a beautiful necklace, she especially loves that each letter of her name is a different colour and the personalised add-ons (I chose a paw print and a heart) make it extra special.”

“The necklace itself is lovely however it does not lay flat. Some letters always flip over so you can’t see what it says. One of the enamel letters is imperfect and has an extra chunk of enamel stuck to it. For the price I was expecting better craftsmanship.”

“This necklace is so cute with the colored letters for personalization. Absolutely perfect for what I wanted. Actually looks better in person than on the site. So happy with the quality and workmanship of my necklace. Shipping time was quick for personalized jewelry. Actually ordered another one for my daughter for her first mother's day. “The enamel has come off twice now. Once after 1 year and then 4 days after receiving a replacement Not sure whether to try a third time or not. No one has explained the problem!!”

I am so very sorry to see that this has happened to you multiple times, Pauline! Typically, the reason for the peeling stems from the item being in contact with things such as perfume, deodorant, hair spray etc that all have chemicals in. These will build up over time and can cause the peeling of the gorgeous enamel colour. You are more than welcome to try the item again and we would recommend keeping it away from harsh chemicals wherever possible or if you wanted to pick another item up to the same value, you can absolutely do that!
