“Quality is good however not great as a whole necklace as the individual letters don’t stay in the correct position and appear upside down. This is regardless if it has been positioned correctly, it will then flip upside down so very disappointed with the product as brought for myself for the birth of my first born.”

“Ordered two necklaces with names on for Christmas. They came Christmas Eve so was stressed about that. Opened the one, and the name was spelt wrong!! Checked the order, and I had ordered it spelt correctly. So I had to buy another gift, costing me double. The customer service said they would send another and offered 10% off another order !! Like I'd order again. I asked about the length of the necklace as it was so small and agreed to have an extender so at least it could be worn. I also paid £12 for the gift box, and it was the same as the other. Personally, I wouldn't recommend this company as I feel I could rely on the order, and I'm out of pocket. Such a shame !!!”
