“First necklace that was sent out was linked up wrong so some letters were upside down. Gratefully another necklace was sent out but now the necklace won’t sit as it’s meant to read “Tommy” and sits upside down all the time. Unfortunately I don’t wear the necklace now as no one can read what it says due to being upside down.”
