“I don’t know I don’t recive it and your staff are very poor read messages and don’t reply very very disappointed as it was meant to be my wife’s wedding present on the day of our wedding. I request a refund ASAP as the courier has also messed your poor staff.”

“The necklace did not arrive as ordered which was very disappointing. I was being updated throughout its making process and advised that it was being quality checked each time it moved to the next making process, yet it still arrived with a charm missing. The necklace was ordered as a gift for 18th birthday which was a few days after the necklace arrived. I contacted customer service straight after I receive it, but received no response by the time of the birthday so I had no option but gift it the way it was. Customer services responded nearly a week later. I did receive a refund for the missing charm but was very disappointed that the necklace did not look the way I invasaged it when I placed the order. Will not be ordering again.”
