“Sorry but I was very disappointed in the fineness of the chain!! Very very fine and frail. I could not return it as it was customised, the letters were also vey smsmall. For a price of £89.00 I expected a more substantial piece. There was not even an extension on the chain.”

“Beautiful piece… just what I wanted! The piece did not originally meet the standards required by Abbott Lyon so I was sent a very kind email with a generous discount for another piece along with a free gift that was being offered. The children bought me this for Christmas so I got 2 presents for the price of one (and a little extra to get two amazing presents) but Abbott Lyon did not fail in the jewelry pieces once they had arrived. Plus they were delivered by Christmas in the end! Very very happy thank you!”
