“£85 for a piece of tat. I was so disappointed with this purchase, I bought this out of my birthday money from my grandad thinking that it would be something nice to keep from him. Can’t even wear it as it’s so flimsy and just gets stuck to itself. Very poorly made and not a statement piece or as big as it looks in the pictures. Worst part? You can’t return personalised items if you’re unhappy with them so be weary before purchasing. I have the exact same one from Primark that cost about £3 so essentially you’re paying a further £82 just for it not to tarnish. Worst purchase ever! Fortunately, I bought this on a 2for1 offer and LOVE my paperclip necklace that I got with it so all was not lost and I’m just telling myself that I only lost £40 in total. I wear the other necklace daily — even to shower and so far, so good so they are quality items, I just wasn’t happy with this particular one.”

“Can’t make out the name on the necklace as all the letters are squished together with no spaces like it shows in the advertised picture. When I said this is to the company they offered me another necklace instead but then sent the same one again and now won’t do anything else for me. Too bad as I was really looking forward to this necklace but it’s basically unwearable because it looks like gibberish.”

“Bad quality and bad customer service. :( doesn’t look as advertised—You can’t even make out the name on the necklace. When I shared this, they said they’d send me a different style necklace. Nice! BUT they didn’t. They sent me the exact same poorly made necklace again even though we agreed on a different style. Now there’s “nothing they can do.””

“I received the jewelry in March. I've been wearing it everyday, even to sleep and during showers (which is not encouraged). It's now June. It's holding up so well and still looks as good as the day I got it! I get many compliments on the jewelry I bought from Abbott Lyon! I'm very satisfied with my purchase. I will not hesitate to order more jewelry in the future from Abbott Lyon!”
