“Great communication throughout the process from order to shipping. The necklace or perhaps the font on the necklace is not as delicate as I though it would be, making it hard to read the name so and I’m a little disappointed. You can’t really send a customised item back but I would if I could. Which is upsetting as I brought one for myself and one for my niece as a gift. Lesson learnt, next time I’ll stick to a single letter.”

“Item came in an unreadable front (if your name begins with the letter S) - shared judgement from my friends and family who know my name and couldn’t understand what it was meant to say. Offered a replacement item from the website so ordered my name in a different font, it looks cheap and it’s already tarnished within 6 days of having it. Would not recommend this company for jewellery unfortunately.”
