I bought from Abbott Lyon before an name necklace was stunning but this time with my own name on it first letter S looks more like a P so disappointed ☹️ think it be great if the website actually showed all the Fonts letters instead of being told that’s the font you picked yes but no way is it a S looks like ponia ‍♀️

My necklace is defective the letters are not clear and instead of saying “pilar” it looks like “alan” I need a solution for this
