“The necklace itself is nice but the only thing that bothers me about it is the placement of the charms I added to it. They are so awkwardly far from the name and I wasn’t expecting that based on the photos. I reached out to customer support to see if maybe my necklace was just made wrong and they said no, and the photos online are only for marketing. So you may think you’re getting one thing based on the pictures online but then it’s not even the same thing that you get.”
