“As pictured! I customized one for myself and another as a gift and love the way they look. Delivery and presentation with the gift boxes made it a really nice gift! The reason I am giving 3 stars instead of 5 is because the metal bothered my skin causing a reaction so I have not been able to wear it.”

“It is a beautiful piece of jewelry, no doubt. However, it is very heavy and due to its weight, it flips upside down and will not stay in place on my neck. This could also be because I have a smaller neck and the shortest setting on the necklace still doesn't qualify it as a "choker" on me -- it dangles quite a bit. Shipping took AN ENTIRE MONTH, and getting the updates about 'finishing touches' and 'quality checks' that took 4-7 days to complete became a joke. Honesty about timing/delays would have been better; I can accept and appreciate that way more. Regardless of the product weight and shipping, I still sport the necklace proudly. I bought it because I wanted my childrens' initials displayed on a bold piece of jewelry, and it does achieve that for me.”
