“Beautiful necklace, worth the wait. Shipping took a while and customer service kept providing misinformation. I received email stating that necklace was completed and had left the factory yet customer service stated it was still being created. It was frustrating but necklace arrived and it was beautiful! If you need a rush order this isn’t for you.”
