“Absolutely love my necklace, unfortunately one of the stones was a different colour to the rest so sent a message by what’s app to Abbott Lyon. They replied straight away and asked me to take some photos in the outside light so they could spot the faulty stone. They came back very quickly again apologising and have ordered me another one. A first class service and such a super easy way to contact them. Thank you Emma for your efficiency and politeness.”
