“Really disappointed as I bought a named necklace for a Christmas gift for someone but when it arrived the letter Y just kept falling upside down ., it was as if the tiny connection rings needed putting higher up to balance it out .. I did contact the company but they said nothing was wrong & wasn’t really interested.. so yes I was very disappointed as the necklace it’s self was lovely..”
