“Heart locket. Noticed it had the same photo on the R and L. Checked my order to assure I did not make a mistake. I had not, I sent 2 photos one for each side. Sent email to customer service along with a copy of my original order so they had that info as well. They asked for a photo of the mistake, which I provided. Since then they have continued to ask me the same questions over and over. They did offer a store credit, which I declined. Stating I would just like a replacement For my original order. They again asked me more Questions about my order, which I answered AGAIN and provided the same photos multiple times. Now they are asking me to stop sending multiple email to them, even though they continue to ask me questions about the mistake. They still have not acknowledged there was a mistake or that they are sending a new order. I’m still confused on if this product is hand made how they didn’t think to double check the order as they put the same photo on both sides. I did explain that this was a gift for my friend whose father had just passed. I did ask my friend for a honest review on the quality of the product as she knows that they made a mistake. She said the quality was.. ok. Also it took forever to get the original order and have been going back and forth with customer service since 3/22 and today is 4/21 and still no resolution.”

“Was a bit surprised by the size of the necklace rather smaller than expected, it's a gift for my mother's 80th birthday not been given to her yet she is rather petite so hopefully it is fine for her.. Haven't been able to open the necklace to see the photo we asked to be put in. Clasp is rather tight and a bit small to see where to open it. Rather disappointing. Other than that the quality looks really good...”
