“I ordered my necklace on the 15th November and it took 2 weeks to arrive. I got 3 separate emails telling me they were preparing/checking it which I thought was a bit much. I have since been inundated with Black Friday emails! My necklace is lovely but it is on the small side. The photo I chose can’t really be seen properly but as it’s just for me it doesn’t matter as I know who is on it. Bearing this in mind it would be a good idea if you could see what your photos look like in your locket before you choose. I probably would have picked a different one.”
