“I really love my nexklace, the daintiness of it the beautiful handwritten letters, but unfortunatelt it never hangs correctly. The letters weigh down for the M and T so it looks like I have a W and an I on my necklace prompting people to ask why as these are not the initials of my children! Gutted about this. I did write an email to abbott lyon to ask about this but have unfortunately had no response..”

“its a nice necklace but I got the March birthstone charm which is meant to be light blue, but it is fully just white, so that was a bit strange. The M charm also constantly seems to sit upside down when it's on my neck which is not ideal”

“Was excited to receive this necklace however I have tried to wear it several times now and whenever I do the initial charms sit the opposite way to how they should. My friend, daughter and husband have tried to resolve this but no matter what they necklace twists around and constantly shows upside down initials. Extremely disappointed. Second item I’ve bought and won’t buy again”
