“I bought these earrings as a gift for my sisters birthday, when I received them one earring wouldn’t close properly so I reached out to the returns team straight away. They were extremely helpful and once I shared images and a video of the faulty earring they dispatched a replacement immediately. I received the replacement the next day and in time for my sisters birthday and she absolutely loves them. I will definitely purchase from Abbott Lyon again. Very helpful & responsive team.”
